Hot & Hostile Chicken Breast

An interesting hot and spicy profile with habanero chillies, jalapenos, garlic, coriander, cumin and ginger. Heat Levels are measured in “Scoville Heat (SHU) units” The higher the number, the hotter the chilli!  Typically, habaneros are scoring between  200 – 350,000 SHU. The Carolina Reaper, Dragon’s Breath & PepperX can score a massive 800,000 to 3,200,000 SHU! Our cayenne scores between 30k – 50k SHU’s – twelve times hotter than the average Jalapeño chilli.
